How do I request a donation for my nonprofit organization's upcoming event?
You may request a donation for your 501(c)(3) non-profit organization by submitting this form. Please submit your request a minimum of 90 days prior to your event. Requests will be reviewed on a weekly basis.

How do I purchase gift cards?
You may purchase physical or e-gift cards online here. Physical gift cards are also available for purchase at the Host Stand.

Birthday cakes are the ONLY outside food permitted inside the venue. No other food or beverages are allowed.
Are balloons allowed?
If you are celebrating a special occasion, balloons are allowed with the exception of in the restaurant.
Is smoking permitted in the venue?
Can I purchase Player Cards online?
At this time, you must purchase Player Cards in park. However, you can manage existing Player Cards in the PERKS App. Reload cards and check your card balance right from your phone and skip the kiosk lines. Premium Members get 10% more game play on registered cards.

Do you offer military discounts?
Yes, PINSTACK does offer a military discount to all active and retired service members who present a valid military ID: 10% off food and non-alcoholic beverages and 10% off bowling.
