How do I request a donation for my nonprofit organization's upcoming event?
Fill out a donation form and submit by mail to PINSTACK Donations, 12400 Coit Road, Suite 800, Dallas, TX 75251. Please submit request a minimum of 90 days prior to your event. You may download the form here
Does PINSTACK have automatic teller machines (ATMs)?
Yes, ATMs are available within PINSTACK
Do you take reservations in your restaurant?
Yes, reservations are accepted in our main dining area for parties of 10 or less guests.  We are unable to seat parties until the entire group is present, and parties with more than 10 guests may be seated separately. Our private dining space features a limited menu and is also available for parties of 10 to 30 with advance reservations.
May I bring my own food and beverages into PINSTACK?
Birthday cakes are the ONLY outside food permitted inside the venue. No other food or beverages are allowed.
Is smoking permitted in the venue?
Smoking is not permitted inside PINSTACK, or on the Patio.
Can I purchase Player Cards online?

At this time, you must purchase Player Cards in park.

Yes, PINSTACK does offer a military discount to all active and retired service members who present a valid military ID: 10% off food and non-alcoholic beverages and 10% off bowling.
