What is PINSTACK and what can I do there?
PINSTACK is a fun entertainment and dining destination featuring bowling lanes, a full restaurant and bar, arcade games, laser tag, rock climbing walls, bumper cars, high ropes courses, and more — perfect for friends, families, birthdays, date nights, team outings and more.
Do I need reservations to bowl or play games?
No — walk-ins are always welcome for bowling and attractions. If you want guaranteed lanes, lanes reserved at a specific time, or group spaces, it’s best to book ahead online or call the location to book a group event.
Can I book lanes or spaces ahead of time?
Yes — you can reserve bowling lanes and dart bays(available at Plano and San Antonio-Park North locations only) ahead of time online. Walk-in guests are welcome. If there is a wait, place your name on the list at the Bowl Desk. We will text you when your lane is ready.
How do I check the balance on my Player Card?
If you’re a PINSTACK PERKS member, you can register your Fun Card in the PINSTACK PERKS app to check your balance, view activity history and recharge your card anytime.
Not a member? No problem — guests can check their Fun Card balance at any game card kiosk located in the game room during their visit.
Does PINSTACK have a baby changing table?
Yes. PINSTACK offers a baby changing table located in our family restroom, which is in the game room next to the main restrooms. This private, family-friendly space makes diaper changes easier and more comfortable for parents and caregivers during your visit.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit cards including Discover, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and cash.
Food, Drinks & Dining Policies
Can I make a dining reservation?
Yes — we accept restaurant reservations by phone for parties of 10 or fewer. Parties larger than 10 may be seated across multiple tables depending on availability. It is best to book a group event for parties larger than 10 guests to get the best pricing and excellent service.
Can I bring my own food or drinks?
Only birthday cakes are allowed from outside. (No ice cream cakes please) All other food and beverages must be purchased at PINSTACK.
Are balloons allowed?
Yes! You’re welcome to bring balloons for special celebrations — just no balloons in the dining area.

Do you have a loyalty or rewards program?
Yes — PINSTACK PERKS is our FREE mobile app that lets guests earn points while they play, eat, bowl or drink(non-alcoholic beverages only). Members also get exclusive offers and perks.
How do I get special online deals and coupons?
Become a PERKS Member and sign up for our email newsletter to receive deals, coupons and event announcements directly to your inbox.
Gift Cards, Events & Accessibility
How can I buy a PINSTACK gift card?
You can buy physical and e-gift cards online, or pick up a physical card at the host stand when you visit.
Do you offer military discounts?
Yes — active and retired military members with valid ID receive 10% off food, non-alcoholic drinks, and walk-in bowling. We are not able to apply this discount to online lane reservations.
Can I request a donation or sponsorship from PINSTACK?
Non-profit organizations (501(c)(3)) can request donations through our online form. Requests must be submitted at least 90 days before your event.
Gift Cards, Events & Accessibility
What’s the best time to visit to avoid crowds?
Weekday afternoons and early evenings tend to be quieter. If weekends are best for you, arrive as early in day as possible to avoid crowds. Weekends and peak hours (6–10 PM) usually have higher guest volume.
Do you offer party or group packages?
Yes — PINSTACK specializes in birthday parties, corporate events, team outings and group experiences. Visit our Events page to explore party packages and booking options.
