GROUP FAQS

Do you offer discounts for groups?

PINSTACK offers great package options for groups of 10 or more. Please contact your local Sales Manager to see what is available during your event time.

Yes, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to book an event. We require the remaining balance to be paid in-full upon arrival for your event.

If you move or cancel your event more than 7-business days prior to the scheduled date and would like to use your non-refundable deposit towards another event, you must host your event within 90 days from the original event date. The rescheduled event must be of equal or greater value. If you cancel your event within 7-business days of the scheduled function date your full 50% deposit will be forfeited.
 
Once you arrive at PINSTACK, our Group Services Staff will greet you at the host stand, and briefly go over the event details before escorting you back to your reserved area. Our Group Services team members are there to ensure your event will be a complete success and facilitate any onsite needs you may have.
We suggest you arrive fifteen minutes prior to the scheduled event time on your contract. This allows check-in time with Group Services and finalizing any outstanding balances. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate groups arriving any earlier than 15 minutes.
We suggest confirming your event space in advance for the desired amount of time since there will most likely be a group booked after your event. If you do decide to extend on-site & the space is available, your Group Services Manager will work with you to accommodate.
Please contact us if you are running late. We start and end your reserved space (lanes and/or banquet rooms) according to the times stated on your event contract. However, we may be able to extend your lanes, dependent upon lane availability at the time your event ends.
Yes. When you schedule an event, your lanes are automatically reserved in a consecutive group.
PINSTACK offers something for everyone. Each venue offers a wide arrangement of alternate activities including video games, rock climbing, laser tag, high ropes course, bumper cars & shuffleboard.
We suggest confirming for your higher guaranteed number during the initial booking process. You can always decrease your guest count up to 7 days prior to your event date. If you start at your minimum guaranteed count, then lane and banquet space may not be available if you need to increase your count closer to your event date. We do allow and can accommodate up to a 5% increase in guest count on the day of your event for food & beverage.
We are a full service restaurant so we do not allow outside food & beverage. If there are specific menu needs or dietary restrictions, please contact your Sales Manager to discuss the options available.
Since PINSTACK offers the latest in entertainment for most ages, we do not allow outside entertainment into the venue.
Service charge is applied to all events. This fee covers your event staff gratuity along with all items required for both setup and breakdown of your event space.

Kids Birthday Parties FAQ

Any child who is able to bowl is included in the package, which is typically around the age of 3 years old. Children younger than this would not be included in your guest count.

All of our kid’s birthday party packages do require a minimum of 10 packages purchased. This cannot include the adults/parents attending.

Yes, but we do not allow silly string, glitter or confetti inside the building. Nothing can be adhered to the walls of the party rooms or ceilings (this includes the use of tape, tacks and adhesive putty). Linens are provided complimentary, but you can bring in your own tablecloths and centerpieces for the tables.

Our kid’s packages can only include the kids attending your event, ages 18 years and under. You can purchase additional bowling lanes and food platters for the adults attending your party with your Event Coordinator.
There is no charge for adults attending a kid’s party, unless they would like to eat, drink, or bowl themselves. Seating is only provided for the kids included in the birthday party package count.
Unfortunately, we cannot mix and match event packages because the food and beverage service for adult packages is different from what our kid’s receive.
